Welcome to Marshall Area Fastpitch Softball Association's web site!
2007 was MAFSA's fifth year. A record number of girls competed in fastpitch softball in the Marshall area! MAFSA was
organized to provide an opportunity for girls to participate in fastpitch softball at a competitive level. We strive to promote
excellence in sportsmanship, improve player's skills, and prepare
players for competitive play in High School and beyond.
Marshall Tournament
The Marshall tournament will take place on June, 21st. The tournament schedule has been posted on the Our Tournament page.
Workers are needed for the tournament. The schedule of work shifts has been posted on the Our Tournament page. Please take a look at the schedule and e-mail the Job and Shift that you would like to work to .
Redwood Falls Tournament Added for 12&U
To replace the Brookings tournament, the 12&U teams will be attending the Redwood Falls tournament on July, 12th.
12&U Schedule Announcement
Willmar has changed the league schedule to match what was handed out at practice. Their site is the official schedule for the league and has been updated with these changes.
Hitting Practice Has Been Canceled
Marshall Community Services will be using the batting cage area at the high school. Due to this conflict we are unable to use the batting cage for hitting practice.
16&U Team Camp
In place of the hitting practice, the 16&U group will have a team camp at the high school from 9:30 to 11:00 on Monday, June 9th.
10&U Practice
10&U will practice Mondays and Tuesdays from 5-6PM at Freedom Park. Practice will run May 27th thru July 22nd. The calendar page for the 10&U has been updated. For the complete schedule please refer to the team calendar page.
12 & Under Practice
Practice dates for June and July are as follows. All practices will be held at the middle school and all players will practice at the same time. The calendar page for the 12&U has been updated. For the complete schedule please refer to the team calendar page.

- Skills Clinic - Tuesdays and Thursdays, 1:00-2:00
- Practice - Tuesdays, 3:00-4:30
